1. INTEDED USE
SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test (Colloidal Gold) is intended for the Vitro detection of SARS-CoV-2 Antigen (Nucleocapsid protein) which is in nasal cavity (anterior nasal) swab specimen from individuals with suspect COVID-19 infection. The test kit is intended for self-test at home .

3.TEST METHOD

Tear open the aluminum foil bag,Remove the reagent card from the foil bag and
take out the test card, and place it horizontally on the test table.

Unplug the adding sample hole cover of the extraction tube.

Gently squeeze the extraction tube, and drop 2 drops liquid vertically into the sample well of the test card.

Start timing, read the test results at 15 minutes. Do not read result before 15 minutes or after 30 minutes.

After test is completed, put all test kit materials into the biohazard waste bag and dispose it according to
the local biohazard waste disposal policy.

| 6 | Rewash hands thoroughly (at least 20 seconds) with soap and warm water/hand sanitizer. |
